We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for all titanium jewelry purchased directly from Timelessly Titanium.  This warranty covers:

• Defects in Materials: This includes flaws in the titanium itself that affect the integrity or appearance of the jewelry.
• Defects in Workmanship: This includes issues such as faulty welds, improper setting of stones (if applicable), or other manufacturing errors.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, and changes in finish that occur through regular use are considered normal wear and tear.
• Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse of the jewelry, such as bending, crushing, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
• Loss or Theft: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Improper Care: Damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions outlined below.
• Modifications or Repairs by Third Parties: Any modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than [Your Company Name] or an authorized representative will void this warranty.

Warranty Service

If you believe your jewelry is covered under this warranty, please contact us through email with the following information:

• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or other purchase confirmation)
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the damaged jewelry

We will evaluate the issue within 5 business days and, at our discretion, will either repair or replace the item free of charge. If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement.

Care Instructions for Titanium Jewelry

Titanium is a strong and durable metal, but it still requires proper care to maintain its beauty. Please follow these guidelines:
