Shipping, Handling, and Delivery Policy

At Timelessly Titanium Jewelry LLC, we aim to deliver your titanium jewelry safely and promptly. Please review our shipping, handling, and delivery policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Personalized or custom orders may require additional 2–5 business days for production, depending on customization details.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Options via USPS:

We offer shipping exclusively through USPS (United States Postal Service). Choose the option that best suits your needs:

  • USPS First-Class Mail: 3–5 business days (domestic orders)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days (domestic orders)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days (domestic orders)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or postal delays.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the USPS shipping rates.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (continental U.S. only).
  • For orders under the free shipping threshold, shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.

International Shipping:

Currently, we offer USPS International Shipping to select countries including: Canada, Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, and South Korea. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

International Delivery Times:

  • USPS First-Class Package International Service: 7–21 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days

Note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the USPS website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Packaging:

All jewelry is carefully packaged, including a protective jewelry box to keep your items safe during transit. We take extra precautions to ensure your jewelry arrives in excellent condition.

Delivery Issues:

  • If you encounter any issues with delivery (e.g., wrong address, missing items, or delays), please contact us immediately through email. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting USPS directly to inquire about the delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or customs during international shipping.
  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address, so please verify your information before placing the order.
