Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a full refund or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition (no scratches, marks, or signs of use).
• All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included.
• Custom or personalized pieces (e.g., engraved jewelry) are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design, you may do so within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item meets the return conditions above. Exchange requests can be made by contacting our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for exchanges, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Contact us through email within 14 days of receiving your jewelry to initiate a return or exchange.
2. We will send you instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved or specially sized items).
• Sale, clearance, or discounted items, unless they are defective or damaged.
• Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs:

• For returns or exchanges due to reasons other than defects or damage, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and exchanges to ensure that your item reaches us safely.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
